NyDanskerKunst invites all to the retrospective exhibition, featuring collaborative art-projects “Music and Dance”, “New Danish faces”, “Christianshavn by Night” and the general exposition by 15 artists from 15 countries.

The opening takes place at Københavns KulturCenter, Drejervej 13-15-17, 2400 København NV, from 18:00 to 21:00.

NyDanskerKunst group was established in Københavns Sprogcenter as one of the school's networking “subject” groups, meant to help foreigners integrate within different professional fields in Denmark. The group includes artists and other art professionals from both inside and outside the school, living in Copenhagen. The group members come from different countries and have various ethnic background.

The purpose of the group is to encourage artists to work together on creating collaborative art projects highlighting integration, social and cultural aspects of the life of foreigners in Denmark. Through networking and collaboration we aim to help new artists establish themselves in the Danish art scene.
